Terms of Service

Rosetta is a product of Cradle Labs Limited, a company located in Nairobi, Kenya (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using Rosetta you agree to these terms with Cradle Labs Limited. If you are using Rosetta on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

Rosetta connects to mailboxes you authorize and uses AI to read incoming email, extract the details you specify, maintain records, and prepare replies and documents for your review. Access is arranged per team, accounts are created by us, not self-served.

You confirm you are entitled to connect the mailboxes you connect and to have their contents processed. Drafts and documents Rosetta prepares are prepared for your review: what you approve and send is your communication, and you remain responsible for it. You agree not to use Rosetta for unlawful purposes or to process data you have no right to process.

Data may be held for the purposes of improving the service. Our Privacy Policy describes what we hold, how AI processing works, and the role of third-party model providers.

Rosetta is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that AI-generated output is free of errors, that is why the product is built around your review and approval. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service.

You can stop using Rosetta at any time; disconnecting your mailboxes stops further processing, and you may request deletion of your data. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
